Excessive Masturbation

Result 1: Sexual Exhaustion (you know when you grow older. Hehe)

Meaning : Feel less sexual, no interest in sexual activity, lose ability to maintain erection, or weak reaction leading to premature ejaculation.

How:  Majority of us start early perhaps in Primary School 1 so years of masturbation have change the body’s chemistry and hormones resulting in  damaged nerves.

 

Explain Further : It stimulate the nervous functions excessively which leads to over-production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin.

Eventually we diminish our body's ability to modulate our adrenal functions.

 
 
 Our body releases excessive fight-or-flight hormones, causing the adrenal glands to overwork and the body to overheat and sweat from the stress


Result 2 :  Depletes many essential hormones, nutrients
                            Increases metabolite byproducts and stress hormones (eg cortisol) in the body

 

Long term effects :  Long-term effects of cortisol include pulling calcium from the bones, a reduction of response to pain, incitation of mood swings, and overall lower immunity

SOLUTION 

Try to stop masturbating for a few weeks. Let your body rest and replenish.  Then you can return to it with a lower frequency.

 

A healthy habit is to ejaculate once a week. (Cannot tahan how???. Some do few times a day- how??? Aiya ....simple only....don't ejaculate. Practice edging as what I am doing now).

Also add dietary supplements to bring back the nutrients we lost all these years



Consume more vegetables
