Tipping

A lot of amateur massage goers refrained from going to masseurs as they are unsure whether to tip and how much? 

As for me, I do not expect any of my clients to tip me. I enjoyed to be of service to them and the most important is my clients are satisfied with my job. Of course, there are some who are disappointed. Perhaps they have gone to the "wrong" type of massage .... for example ...instead of going for deep tissue massage, they come to the traditional full body massage expecting to be "pressed" till kingdom comes!.

 

There have been clients discussing on how much to tip to a homebase masseur:

General feedback:

1) $20-50 if in massage centre as the masseur's pay is based on commission basis

2) Good massage + good extra $50 - $100

2) Do not have to tip if plan to repeat visits

3) Don't tip at all as it is hombase as they do not pay rental and overhead is low

4) No need to tip if masseur is more than 40 yrs old

5) Tip is personal and it is based on good service, masseur skill and quality of overall massage session

If masseur are paid extra other than massage, they are not doing their job but more of selling themselves

 We have been discussing too much about extended/extra services or happy ends, so let just take a break and continues with our health maintenance with the help of the leech oil.

To derive maximum effectiveness in the usage of the "minyak lindah tapa" oil, it has been encouraged that oral sex is to be refrained as this will result in the prostrate pulse rate to be irregular.

Have talked to a couple of friends who claimed that such job is not moral from the religious point of view , the advise is to leave the job.

Drawing this line of reasoning, providing extra services is one of the "defects" in the massage industry. Massaging is just a job as masseurs have to sweat it out to earn a few bucks for their daily expenses and thus can be deemed as moral - even if it engage in touching the private part of the clients as in urut batin.

However, if the urut batin leads to ejaculation, then it is deemed as immoral. This is the fine line of dividing whether the massage is halal or haram.


Should the masseur continue to provided such services, then he/she has committed a sin and the universe will not reward the masseur in the form of giving him more clients. However, it is not a sin to the clients.

So, how does the masseur juxtaposition between sin and customer service?

A comparison between reputable companies and home-base masseurs

"If there is a need to XXXX , you got to do it!" Echoed the speaker in one of the managers conference of a reputable company who saw a drop in sales. Of course, this caused a hue and cry among the female sales staff . This means that before the closing of the sales, you do the sex thing. .... but for guys, it is a bit difficult unless one meet with a gay client. Don't forget, the contract may involve a huge amount.(perhaps >RM100,000) over here

However, in the home-base masseurs, the negotiation may start either at the beginning or during the process itself and the massage price may just involve a matter of RM60-RM250 depending on the age, racial, physical and attractiveness of the masseur.



It has dawn on me whether it is worth it or not? Well, there are some who capitalised on their age and physical traits to provide the "extended" benefits. If I have such god given features, I must as well land myself into the entertainment industry where the returns are exponential instead of serving individuals per se whose budget is already pre-determined.

Wikipedia: According to Turban et al. (2002),^[1] “Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation." This means that if I provide urut batin or manhood therapy, if all the areas that is meant to be covered, has in fact been massaged, then I have achieved customer expectation.

However, by looking at the chart, my perfomance does not exceed customer expectation (item 5). To exceed customer satisfaction, I need to.... (see below - throw in something extra)

Whether it's a coupon for a future discount, additional information on how to use the product, or a genuine smile, people love to get more than they thought they were getting. And don’t think that a gesture has to be large to be effective. A small thing, but so appreciated."

So after I have performed the urut batin (manhood therapy) and if I offer a smile or a future discount or let you touch my ....ahem...(small thing), then my customer expectation is exceeded. So, I interpreted that naked massage, or hj or bj does not come into this category. My conclusion is Naked Massage, Hj or Bj is a product by itself. Therefore masseurs need to add "$ & cents" into this area.

In our neighbouring country, most of the massage goers would expect extra benefits. They will classify this as "happy endings" and that is the minimum expectation to get their money worth. They will be displeased if the masseur just left them "hanging" there unless the masseur stipulated in bold that there is no hanky panky. With this exclusion, the clients may have the choice to either " take it " or "leave it" and that would be fair to both. This will avoid the displeasure when they meet face to face in the room. Of course, the client can have the right to walk out if the deal is not up to his expectation. 

Clients feedback

1) There is nothing wrong with giving extras. Most customers like/love it. That's why they come to you.

2) I only go to masseurs that do not provide extra services/ happy ending. 

2) Masseurs, please admit it. Nothing wrong in providing extras as it is a common practice. Just how you put the wordings into it.

Usually after a seminar preview or when you go to any online ad, you will see a list of bonuses that will attract one to sign up for the course:

Borrowing this idea from the internet world, we seldom see such list in massages but with a general tag that extra services are provided. Any enthusiastic or veteran massage goers would know what it means.


However, some masseurs are brave enough to tag prices to it. Yet, this depends on the age, whether large or extra large, good physical features in terms of look. The price varies.....Extra services will attract massage goers to them. Or it can be disguised in various names such as sensual massage etc. Most important, it sells.

Manhood Massage vs Manhood Therapy

The general population has the perception that manhood massage and manhood therapy is the same with sex as the final outcome. I might be wrong but most expect manhood massage to involve (at least) either hj or bj which ultimately lead to climax.


 However, urut batin or manhood therapy is  just a massage technique to manually encourage blood flow to the penis, remove blood stasis (pools of blood that block capillaries from delivery their fresh blood supply) and expand or lengthen penile tissues (corpora cavernosa, suspensory ligaments, etc), somewhat like stretching a muscle. It involves a number of steps in performing this therapy .
First step - lower body massage (for 15 minutes)

 You can say that this is handjob but the stroke is one-direction vs up and down direction as in masturbation. It is more effective to use minyak lintah after bath for a continuous period of 40 days daily

I just rub the oil onto the organ using the one-direction method which is from the base to the front. It can be in 3 strokes of massage. However, the more strokes, the more effective.


It is most ideal to apply the oil once again after sex or masturbation by using the one-direction method.

At times, I feel lazy to perform the "rituals" (petua) but as age is catching up with a decrease in libido, why not try it and hope that "youth" will spring up again. Hopefully it will and it can - Law of Attraction? Haha

It is quite tempting to see banners along streets that highlight drugs for long erections. It may be effective but the repercussions is left to be seen. Perhaps it may contain steriods. If the need be, better buy from reputable companies or recommendation through your masseurs and not jotting down the phone number and eventually buy from them

But if the ointment is for external use, than I do not foresee any untowards happening later on.

Urut Batin vs drugs

Do these drugs affect a person sexual performance? Well, it depends the degree of dosage. I was prescribed Allopurinol pills for  gout and was advised to take 1/2 a tablet. This does not affect my sexual performance. However, when I asked the doctor of increasing the dosage, she advised me not to as it will have side effect.

In this aspect, questions were being raised by clients of the effectiveness of urut batin if one consumes drugs. Well, the effect of urut batin will be "neutralised" to a certain degree.

If we just consume the drugs, sexual performance will surely be on the decline. However, to prevent the reduction, then urut batin come in to remedy such reduction. This will balance things up to a certain extent.

Soapy Tales

Performed a fully body massage and urut batin on a low salary security guard for FREE. No doubt it is agreeable on my part, but alas when the massage was completed at 10.30 pm, did this guy came out to say

and only eat few biscuits till now. He suggested to sell his Etiqa card to me

but I declined stating that I have the rapidklcard and 1Malaysia travel cards with me. He seem to be disappointed. He then showed a Public Bank deposit slip for cheque amounting to RM3,200 which will be cleared today and suggested that I lend RM30-00 to him to bridge over the cheque amount.

He refused to go as it was already 11 pm and facing no choice, I just lend the RM30 to him. Hope he repay me tonight or else I have to write off the amount. 

So my beloved clients, please do not tell me your soapy tales and other problematic money matters. I am not a bank but just a simple masseur to earn a living. I am also "kias pagi makan pagi, kias petang makan petang" type of person.

Practice urinating on places that have hard surfaces for example:


on stone pavement

on cement pavement

on wood payment

and other similar hard surfaces. There is no scientific proof on this but it is just a "petua" (old wives tale - is it?? not sure).

Talking about petua on chasing away rats. My friend told me that if you meet rat, one just be naked and the rat will not come to our place anymore. Well, I stayed around Chow Kit area a few years ago and most rats love my place because, being a single tenant, the shophouse is very quiet. How the rats came to the house in the first place? Well....all thanks to the rojak (mixed fruits) seller man who live downstairs. The belacan (one of the main ingredient of the rojak sauce) smell just attracted these "nuisance" in large numbers.

To cut the story short, I met one rat "face to face". As I am shirtless at home, I just dropped my boxer pants. The rat saw me fully naked, stopped..... ran away and half way, it looked at me again. So cute the way it looked at me!!!. From that day onwards, I do not have any more rat visitors. Probably this creature will go back to tell the rat community. So it works


If it works, don't try to reinvent the wheel. That is -  if it is good for us, no harm practicing it , right?
