According to court documents, Lee paid $500 to have sex with the underage prostitute twice on 26 September and 10 December in 2010.
He was charged on Monday for having sex with a minor. Unrepresented by any lawyer, he said he intends to plead guilty which could see him spending some time in jail.
In an interview with Lianhe Zaobao, a former principal of Pei Chun Public School for more than thirty years Mr Chen Jingyuan expressed his disappointment at Lee:
